After saying goodbye to California and selling his Beverly Park and Hidden Hills estates, Sylvester Stallone has officially begun a new chapter in his life, welcoming fans into his breathtaking Florida home.
The Rocky legend and his wife of 28 years, Jennifer Flavin, gave an exclusive look inside their $35 million Palm Beach estate for Veranda magazine. But for the couple, this house represents far more than marble floors and sweeping ocean views—it’s a place built around family, comfort, and the things they love most, including their dogs.
“Monumental homes, but none of them embraced you,” Stallone reflected about their former properties. That changed when they first walked into the Palm Beach residence, built in 2014. “It finally felt like home.”
For Stallone and Flavin, this new space wasn’t about impressing others—it was about belonging.
Luxury Designed for Living
While the lakefront mansion dazzles with its high ceilings and curated art, practicality was at the heart of the design. With three dogs, a cat, and a large family, the couple wanted a home that wasn’t just beautiful, but livable.
“Our family is precious, but the material things are not,” Flavin said.
To bring that balance to life, celebrity designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard, who had previously worked with the couple in Los Angeles, infused the space with soft textures, durable fabrics, and a playful touch of glamour. Even the dining room reflects that spirit. Inspired by a Damien Hirst butterfly, the vivid cobalt 14-foot table sits beneath glowing globe pendants, suspended by bright blue chain-link fixtures. The effect is both elegant and fun—a perfect setting for everything from formal dinners to family laughter.

Despite its refined aesthetic, the mansion remains deeply personal. The screening room celebrates Stallone’s legendary film career, decorated with memorabilia from Rocky and Rambo. Nearby, a private bar gleams beneath boxing-themed artwork.
Among the treasures are the original Rocky script, championship belts, the Rambo knife, the iconic red robe, and an array of trophies and awards—a heartfelt tribute that turns the home into a living reflection of Stallone’s journey.

Stallone’s Florida chapter began after he sold his Hidden Hills estate in 2023 to music legend John Fogerty. Originally listed for $22.5 million, it sold for $17.2 million—a decision Stallone accepted with ease. The sprawling 10,500-square-foot property had included a guesthouse, equestrian barn, orchard, cabana, and private theater.
