Tragic Accident in Ipameri Claims Young Student’s Life
On Tuesday afternoon, August 5th, the city of Ipameri, Goiás, was shaken by a heartbreaking tragedy. A school van overturned on a rural road, leading to the death of a 9-year-old girl, Celina Victoria Frões Muniz Goes. The accident happened about 35 kilometers away from the main paved road, in an area known as Mata do Calixto.
According to Police Chief Diogo Ferreira, the van belonged to an independent provider of school transportation in the countryside.
